WELCOME!

As you may have heard, we are proposing a long-term, phased redevelopment plan for approximately 30 acres of land east of our Issaquah gravel pit located west of the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride. Our vision is underway for transforming this underutilized land into an active, engaging development where the community can live, work and recreate.

This website will be a place you can visit for information on the project and to learn more about our upcoming Virtual Community Meetings. At any time, please feel free to reach out to us with comments or questions.

 VIRTUAL COMMUNITY MEETINGS

We are planning to host two virtual neighborhood discussions at the following dates and times so that we can share our plans, discuss next steps, and answer any questions you may have. The information shared at both meetings will be the same.
